Great for help with muscle tension!I got my BF one for Christmas- I saw it on one of those silly lists about Amazon products. He loves using a lacrosse ball for trigger point work, but this is great because of the handle means we can use it more easily on reachable muscles or use it on each other on our backs. I had to get one for me because it's so useful. 5AMAZE-BALLSThis little ball is AMAZE-BALLS!!! i literally give my hubby a shoulder massage every night because he's got tight mussels and there very sore at end of day due to work. From the first minute i used this it is sooooo much easier on my hand it doesn't cramp and i can do it much longer at a time! The product was is great condition and did not look old or beat up like some users mentioned. The ball rolls perfectly in its case. i will definitely recommend this product and will be buying for stocking stuffers at xmas for other family members! 5due to many "second chances" now item is useless. Would not recommendItem does not have a flat base so it wobbles when pressure is applied (with feet). When using on back, skin gets stuck in the space between roller ball and edge. The cheap plastic on the back cuts into my palm and leaves indents from the hole. It also will not sit properly on a table because of the rounded back, but that was hardly important.
