Great for walk-in tub seat.I just had a walk-in bath tub installed and the seat was so hard. This has mas it so much more comfortable, and it's truly waterproof. Since I had several back surgeries , I needed a bath seat cushion that would help relieve the back pain while bathing. Thank you so much BackJoy care.. 5ComfortableComfortable. Self dries, undamaged by immersion, no mold forms. Floats. Good product that works well. 5Painfree bathing at last!I suffer from AICU (autoimmune disease hallmarked by hives and angeoedema.) A cold bath does miracles for calming my burning skin. Unfortunately, the pressure of sitting on a hard surface creates more hives on my tender backside. I had been using a folded up beach towel. What a mess. The Bath joy seat is a pleasure to use, no soddy mess to clean up. And no more painful hives & swelling. I should not have waited. This is a miracle product for me at is worth every pretty penny. I will be buying additional backjoy products in my immediate future. 5Just What I NeededIt solved my problem of sitting on a hard bathtub surface which caused me lower back pain. It stays submerged while sitting on it without having to use suction cups to hold it down. So much better than any inflatable seats I have tried to use. It really looks like it will hold up well and no draining needed. I would recommend this seat for use in a tub. 5Did Not Receive the Cushion We Ordered!We ordered and paid for the large (18"x18") version of this cushion for my wife to use on her DMI shower bench; however, we actually received the small (16"x!8") size (see photo of the tag) which is a little cheaper. We did not send it back because it fits the bench very well and she needed it right away. She is using it without the cover and it performs as advertised. It would be nice to get a credit for the difference in price though. 3could be a bit softerThis product is very heavy and really firm. It would be very handy if it came with a carrying case so I could use it at long conferences sitting on hard chairs. 3It Floats.If you are buying this for the bathtub and you do not weigh enough, it will try to float and slide out from under you. I am 150lbs and this did not work for me. Very disappointed as it is not a returnable item. 2Love my new pad for my shower bench!Love this seat I use it in o top of my shower bench instead of the cold granite! Wonderful solution to a problem I never imagined when we built our new home with large shower and long granite covered shower seat- always ice cold..,, 5Doesn't get slipperyThis seat works great. I'm a paraplegic and was having a hard time with my old vinyl covered cushions getting too slippery when they were wet and soapy. This cushion stays in place on my teak shower bench and I don't have issues with sliding off when soapy. 5
