Love these!I love these things.... I have bought several sets over the last two years for Christmas presents and birthday presents, usually for friends and family that suffer muscle soreness. They always wow everybody in the room when they re used with the showy chemical reaction of sodium acetate saturating into a solid, but also impress with the heat it puts out.The only downside is having to boil the packs after each use to return them to their original ready-to-use state, but I can t take a star off for that because it s just how it works. However, I can say that boiling them isn t too scary. I leave mine in a pot on top of a towel or oven mit and never had an issue with melting them. 5Good heat packsThese help me so much with all my pains, they work easy. I would like it they got hotter than they do, and stayed hot longer, but it s okay, the price was higher than I think it should be, but I still like the product, I boil it in a towel so it doesn t ruin my pans. 4Versatile and comfortingThis set is very quick to heat and provide comfort. When boiled back to original state, easy to store until the next time. Use a rubber tip on your pliers when you pull them out of the boiling water, or you may pierce the plastic. 5A good product overall.This has turned out to be a good product overall. The warmth is great and the ability to reuse them over and over is the best part.We only ave two small slightly negative remarks. One is that this brand does not seem to stay warm as long as some brands. The other is that after they have been used for a couple dozen times it is very easy to accidentally reactivate them one you have boiled them. On several occasions they actually reactivated as we were taking them out of the water. Still a good product and one that can be recommended. 4Great productI have tried these both hot and cold. When they're cold, they aren't very pliable so make sure you freeze them in the position you want to use them in. I definitely recommend putting a cloth between it and the skin either hot or cold. Resetting them is very easy as long as you follow the instructions, and it's very cool to watch that process. As a bonus, once they've cooled a bit from boiling you can wrap them up and use them hot. They do seem to keep heat for a very long time. The product is definitely eco-friendly, easily able to replace the single-use products of a similar style. All my pads came ready to go and working. 5Malfunctioned after several usesI was really enjoying this gift set for a couple of months until the neck and shoulder pack malfunctioned. It now has a leak and doesn't activate to hot after it is boiled. I have been unable to contact the seller to exchange it for a new one. Although, Bodycomfort.com offers a lifetime warranty on these packs the gift set was purchased through a 3rd party seller via Amazon so I am unable to replace. In a nut shell I am out of luck! 1Heating padGot this for a Christmas gift ,was awesome at first ,you just activate it by pushing a button, and it automatically starts to get hot, dont know if I got a defective one but the heat doesn't last long only about 35 mins, and one of the heating pads busted already , and I've only had this product for about a month ,that's why I'm only giving this product 3 stars 3LeakingBought this thinking it was a good idea... When I received the package most of the pads were activated I had to boil them before I could use them not the end of the world. The problems I had were when I was letting them cool and noticed the back pad started to leak (I followed their directions step by step)... After I let the rest cool I noticed one of the smaller ones started to leak.... At this point I have yet been able to use any of them. I am not sure since they were already activated if that is the reason they leaking or did I get someone's return?!? Am not very happy with this purchase. 1Won't buy again or recommendI'm disappointed in the small amount of time they stay hot. I spend more time boiling and drying them than actually using them 2Nice bang for your buck! Great customer support!The old brand we used to have that my wife liked seemed to have more-than-doubled their product price since we purchased their back heat pack. This gave us multiple options for less than the price of the original product! The neck pack ended up busting during reheating, but after contacting customer support, they quickly shipped out a replacement!It doesn't last as long as the other brand, but for the price and good customer support, there's little to complain about! 4
