It supported knee and kept swelling and pain down (almost gone) 5PerfectWorks great for my tiny cross country running 13 year old. She is very small and we were worried we would not find a good fit! This fits great!! 5Highly recommend!Im 23 , 5'2 and 115 pounds and this fits me perfect, just make sure you measure your knee out before selecting a size. I've looked all over to replace my old brace because most "adult sizes" are too big for me and this was a perfect fit. This one allows for you make make it as tight as you need easy with the loop and pull strap and the grips really do help it stay in place even if you get sweaty. My 12 yr old daughter suffers from Osgood-Schlatter in both her knees with a painful bump which comes and goes. I was desperate to find something non intrusive to relieve her without taking her to yet another doctor, so I tried menthol,Arnica, Turmeric, etc without success. But after LITTERALLY 10 MINUTES with this brace on, she had a huge smile on her face. After an hour, she said the pain was gone!! She is 5.4 and 110lbs and the Small fits her perfectly.
