I am in no way being influenced to write this review i am merely speaking from years of personal experience struggling to find proper insoles for my feet. I have tried so many insoles over the years, too many to count at this point, hoping they would finally alleviate the constant pain in my legs/back/joints. Through trial and error I was finally able to realize that I needed one specifically shaped to my feet. I have really high arches and without the proper support my feet tend to pronate which leads to my muscles tightening, sore knees, and eventually my hips begin to over rotate to counteract the imbalance. I ve lived liked this for years without understanding why I m in constant pain and certainly not how to fix it. One day it just clicked and I realized I needed a firm arch support as well as a heel stabilizer to keep my feet in position so they won t pronate and lead to more imbalances throughout my body. As you can see from the pictures I ve added, these insole do EXACTLY that. They have extremely firm arch support and u can see how the heel is cupped to provide additional stabilization.That being said, THAT DOES NOT MAKE IT A BAD INSOLE! The best thing you can do to help yourself is to figure out the exact shape of your foot and the key points that need additional support/stabilization. If you don t have high arches then these insoles are going to be a terrible fit for your feet and extremely uncomfortable as other reviewers have claimed. For my feet, these insoles feel absolutely perfect and made it perfectly clear why the millions of insoles I ve tried in the past never worked nor alleviated any of my discomfort. Copperjoint does not make bad insoles, but they may be bad for your feet. I m not trying to bash the negative reviewers, but I do believe that they don t have a proper understanding of the type of insole they need for their feet. Hopefully this review helps you in choosing the right insoles and at the very least I hope it opens your perspective in a way that you may better understand your body so you don t have to continue living in pain/discomfort like I have for years.
