Everything you need and more!These are absolutely great. Really make my elbows feel 10x more secure when lifting and that was a big thing for me because I have bad elbows from different injuries. And the bonus wrist wraps were a big plus because they fit perfectly and the Velcro s is sewn really well. Shipping was no hassle. Very fast arrived when promised. The packaging the products came in itself was a very cool sleek reusable plastic bag that I carry them both in my gym bag along with other small items because of the convenience. Over all I m giving this 5stars because it met all the requirements I was looking for and more. I will be looking to them for any future things I may need first. I bought this for working out and it provides the right amount of support and compression when i am exercising. I am actually thinking about use it for ski or in house climbing because of the great quality. The man said he was lucky.He came back and told me how happy I was. 5Good for tight fight and good qualityBought xl when the circumstance I measured was 14 inches. Put them on, snug definitely and took some work to get them on since my forearms are 14 inches. But once they were around my elbow they felt great. Since I lift heavy I need them tight. I got them cause they aren't long and don't take up a huge amount of arm space. Would buy again 5Zealspot is awesome.Awesome sleeves! Excellent construction and quality. Only problem for me is that in cloth material sleeves, I wear/fit a medium. Unfortunately in the neoprene material, I needed a large. There is a very strong chemical smell, yet if you soak them in a drop of tide or laundry detergent in cold water, and air dry, the odor is gone, or goes away. Overall, they are fantastic elbow compression sleeves. 5Can't go wrongFor 20$ you cannot go wrong. The sleeves are the same thickness as the stupid expensive ones for 35$ and you get the wraps too. My arms are anywhere from 17 3/4 to 18 depending on how carbed up or how much sodium i have, i got the XL. My elbows also measure a lil over 12.5. It takes a lot of work for me to put them on and off so if you measured right then thats how it should feel. It is tight but with bodyheat and moisture it loosens up a bit where it is not cutting off circulation. I had to scrunge it up, kinda like how a caterpillar moves, i couldn't slide it on or slide it off as there was too much friction. I bought it because my elbows are starting to feel dried up and painful at 36 with way too many pressing movements and reverse cable flies. Will update to see how it performs at the gym. 5It comes with an awful smell that won't go away after usingI really tried to like this pair, but the odor that came with it was unbearable. A week in of airing it out and it still had a smell of chemicals.It also didn't provide enough support even after buying a size smaller. The tightest area on these elbow sleeves are where the edge bands are. I had to roll down the top edge to have it tightened around the joint.I returned the item. 1These work wellI actually bought two sizes smaller than they recommended based on other reviews. They aren't super tight until you start working out and get any kind of pump. I had my first 100% pain-free chest/triceps workout in years. Wish I had tried sleeves much earlier. 4Sizing differenceThey are very good I am a size 12.5 inches with a bent elbow if you want tight I recommended getting a medium the large is snug but not tight. The sizing chart is way off 4Best elbow sleeves!They are the best elbow sleeves I've ever used. The quality of the material and stitching is excellent and overall appear to be well made. I use these for my heavy compound presses and wanted a snug sleeve for the rebound effect and in general the tight locked in feeling. I was pleasantly surprised when I learned they were made from fiber, which based on previous experience is super durable and comfortable. They have a solid about of compression and keep the elbow/arm warm to help with muscle soreness and mobility. I would definitely recommend these so far to anyone looking for a pair of elbow sleeves. 5
