Massage therapist recommendedBought at the request of my son who is a massage therapist wanting them for targeting trigger point work on HIMSELF!. He believes in using devices to supplement hands on care - the more involved clients are in their health and wellness the more effective all modalities are! The company emailed an eguide to using them which was a plus. 5Work in retail (or on your feet) all day? These are a must haveI love the different sizes and textures. It feels so good on my foot after a long day. The bag is a perfect add on and makes storage neat. Being in retail, you re on your feet all day long, causing pain in ways you never thought possible. I would get plantar fasciitis in both of my feet, and nothing would stop it. I finally found these and with that found relief. These balls from FootFixx have made aHUGE impact. I took the gray one to work and I use the other two at home. When I'm kicking back this is best time as it comes second nature. A really cool thing the company did was emailed me a PDF file with exercises, I thought this was really nice and above and beyond what other companies do. You need these!! 5The variety and quality are great.Oh my gosh! I am in love with these! I am training for a half marathon, so my feet hurt. I use the spikey balls on my feet, and they feel amazing. The balls hit the pressure points on my feet perfectly. Obviously, I can adjust the pressure I use by standing up of siting down and pressing harder. The size and construction of the spikes are well done. I use the smooth, smaller ball to roll out knots in my back. I lay on the ball and find a knot to massage out. It feels amazing. The ball doesn't give way when putting my weight on it, and it works out the knots so well. I wouldn't go a day without these! I travel with them, so I love having the accompany bag it came with. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a way to massage out sore feet and knots in their back! 5Worth the purchaseI am very pleased over the quality of this product. The massage balls are not cheaply made. I have been suffering with foot issues for the better part of a year. My Doctors recommended using a frozen water bottle, which I found little relief. I used the FlexFixx balls as directed by the pdf used guide that comes with the product and the next morning after use I fealt more improvement then I have with any other product. 5Great for Plantar Fasciitis and Lower BackI have only had these for one day but I can tell they are exactly what I needed. I have plantar fasciitis which for me means A LOT of pain in my feet, and some pain/tightness in my lower back. The small flat ball works wonders on my feet. I had been using a mini tennis ball, this is harder and seems to target the muscles/fascia a little more. The small grey spiky ball also works on my feet, but I prefer the smooth one. The large red ball is good for my lower back. I put it between my back and a wall and roll it all around my lower back. It is painful, but to me that means it is working. I can tell I am looser this morning after just doing this last night and twice today. 5They really help....ukI have been using my FlexFixx balls for a few days now. It feels good when I use them. Right now I use the big red ball and the small black ball the most. The black ball is perfect on my heel....it feels so good.I did get the user guide and it is very helpful.Having plantar fascitis is no fun to have. I have been dealing with this since 2008 and for some reason it came back. I have been wearing The Good Feet inserts since 2008 but this time around I needed more help. I use a night splint when I sleep at night and the FlexFixx balls are very helpful during the day. I do my stretches several times during the day. I keep the FlexFixx bag next to my chair when I watch tv in the evening. It's so easy to grab a ball and use it. I think for those who are dealing with plantar fascitis.....the FlexFixx bags are the things to have. 5I love these massage ballsI love these massage balls. I'm having difficulty with my feet (Plantar Fascitis) and my medical assistant recommended I get a small ball to massage my feet. I found this set on Amazon. They are great. I use them on other parts of my body where I am experiencing discomfort. These are easy to use. Can be used while watching tv, while standing or sitting, or against the wall for back mussels. I felt some improvement after just a few uses. I showed them to my medical assistant and he was quite impressed with them and plans to order a set. Great product. 5Foot pain is gone!Please note that I purchased the FlexFixx set as a regular customer not as a promotion. Such an excellent product!! I have found great relief from using them! I had been having pain in the arch of my foot and could feel the tightness of the muscles/tendons. I use this set to release the tension in that area and follow by icing my foot and within a few days my foot has no pain and I am back to running again! The customer service from this company is outstanding. I received an email with explanation of how to use each of the balls in the set and a follow up email. My Physical Therapist doesn't accept my health insurance so I saved a lot of money by doing my own therapy and am happily back to my exercise routine. Thank you so much FlexFixx! I noticed that there is a one star review of this product, please read the response by the company to this person which solved their issue which was only due to the person receiving this item as a gift and therefore they didn't receive the emails with instructions.
