This fits and really helps my knee pain!This brace has been a God send for me AND my husband! I am a PLUS sized woman with BIG legs and a knee that can be horrible. I have looked and looked from Walmarts to Walgreens and everywhere in between for a knee brace that would fit me(I always figured some FOOTBALL player would have one that would work-but likely too expensive). I found this on Amazon and bought it and am THRILLED! It fits my and my TALL (not overweight) husband and makes me feel like DANCING! It can get hot, but I think that goes with anything you strap to be tight around your knee! Recommend without reservation!!!Thank you Gladton! 5Not long enough between the calf and thigh it lands in an akward spot and the velcro straps are miserablereturned it, looks longer on the model, but when I put it on, the length between my calf and thigh was too short, causing it to land in an akward location on my leg and the hole in the knee didn't land in the correct spot either. Didn't like how it was made to velcro shut either with the three straps, it made for difficulty putting on and it gapped on the calf end. Overall, for me, it was miserable and didn't work. I returned it. 1Four StarsI have a medial meniscus tear injury and the brace provided adequate for standing for extended periods 4Nice fitFits my overly plump plus size leg just fine. Material a little stiff. Perfect amount of velcro to hold it in place. Best of all easy off and on because it wraps as opposed to slide. 5Works well, but can t wear all dayMy knee cap slides out of place pretty frequently, so I had to find a brace to keep it in place. This one does a good job of that, however it isn t comfortable enough to wear all day. The top and middle straps are great, but the bottom doesn t fit right. When I pull the strap tight enough to keep the front of the brace snug against my leg it feels like my circulation is being cut off after a while. When I loosen the strap even a little, there is a gap in the front which doesn t work to keep the patella in place. After several days of getting used to it, I can now wear it for only about 4 hrs at a time. 4Works greatThis item is the only one I found that actually fits my fat legs. Yes I am on WW so as I get smaller it has Velcro to adjust the size. It helps keep my knee cap in place. I am avoiding Meniscus surgery, although it is inevitable I will have to get it, at least I can hold off and keep my pain in check. nice sturdy design, does not slip. I wear it under jeans and dress pants all day long. Highly recommend. 5Straps are too shortPatella opening is too small and hard to center. Straps are way too short for a large knee, even though my search term was "plus-sized knee brace". Second brace order failure for the same reason; do these people even measure anyone with a plus-sized knee? This brace is great for support on my knee and is comfortable as well. The hole in the front makes it easy to find the patella and line up the brace correctly, but it also makes it much easier to walk in.
