I made the mistake of using the cutting guide on the bottom prior to trying it in my shoe. It fits a men's 11-11.5 without trimming. I think the guides on the bottom are women's sizes. So as soon as you take a step, they totally flatten out. Plus arches need to be extra supported on the inner sides of the feet and these have nothing in that area. I'll keep them and put a stand alone arch support sticker UNDER them and I think they'll be good then, but I cannot recommend these as they are. 2
