I have taken as prescribed on and off multiple times ...I have taken as prescribed on and off multiple times and did not notice any significant results or effects. I will have my mom try it to see if she gets any improvement in her issues and will update the rating and recommendation if there are positive results. Until then, I won't be ordering again. 3Great dietary/detox supportStarted taking this supplement when going through a food detox and radical dietary change, through the recommendation of a nutritionist. It was really helpful in GI/bowel support. Gentle and effective in regulating the GI tract. So helpful that I continue on it daily, and just feel better when taking it. I was pleasantly surprised - works well and I personally have none of the negative side effects (tummy ache, gas, etc.) you can get from some fiber and colon cleansing products. I had issues with IBS, diarrhea, cramping, sensitivities, etc. Now my symptoms are only occasional, and at that point I up the dose to correct it. 5
