Okay at most.It's okay at the most. The straps rise up if you lift your arms even a little and dig into your arm pits. And most importantly if your shoulders roll forward for any reason this support keeps the forward, I have to constantly roll my shoulders back to keep good posture. I'm going to have to modify this one. I have a similar support that is just the neoprene around the back that seems to work better! 3Dislocated shoulder...no more!I bought this for my son who had dislocated his shoulder, he wasn t able to work and therapy really wasn t helping...he didn t think this would help, but Mother knows best and this was a Godsend, he was able to return to work and it helped him heal!!! Thank you!!! 5Very dissatisfiedI order xlge and it was so tight and uncomfortable it should have been xxlge I am 5'10 and weigh185#s. It felt as if I was over 220# the way it fits. 2No support, irritating edges and strapsVery thin neoprene with little support compared to the Babo single shoulder support. It does allow for warmth collection, but doesn t breathe. The cross straps do not have binding on the edges so they are irritating and rough. The same is the case with the edges of the brace as well. As one other reviewer said it doesn t help your posture and tends to make you round your shoulders, which in my case with a damaged AC joint, pectoral, deltoid, and biceps tendon is not terribly beneficial. If you need to keep warm in the trapezius and upper rhomboid muscles and you wear a shirt under it and don t sweat a lot - you might give it a try otherwise look for other alternatives. I may have provided a better review if there was any support and the edges weren t so irritating. 2IMPOSSIBLE TO FIGURE OUT!First of all, it runs untrue to size. Secondly, the straps are impossible to figure out. You literally end up being tied in a knot. As far as support, it supports the back more than anything, and provides very little support for the shoulders. I am an avid weightlifter with a sore right shoulder and during a workout, when you need it most, it fails to come to the rescue. 1first I was very happy that it arrived much earlier in the mail then ...first I was very happy that it arrived much earlier in the mail then expected - I am glad they offered a clear measurement for each size, so I bought the right one. the price is right! I have been wearing it every day for at least 6 weeks and it is a big help to the support of my shoulder. As a PT myself I like that it holds both shoulders for alignment and it makes it much safer to relearn to move. It does help that the weather has been on the cool side when having to wear such a thing, but I am 100% satisfied. 5Helps support my shouldersIt helps a lot.. although it's hard to put on because my bad shoulders, once it's on were good. I'm not a fan of the Velcro. I think a clip might be better. If you don't get it just right it runs on my skin. 5Perfect for active sports injuries.My son was recovering from a torn rotator in one shoulder when he fell and dislocated the other. This brace was exactly what he needed. His therapist even complimented him on picking the ideal brace and commented on how much stability it provides. Do get a size larger add the other reviewers say though, we did and it fit perfectly. 5Works great but sizes too smallBought the XXL have a torn labrum. Surgery is a last resort. Works great but even the XXL is not big enough. I am 5 11 around 215lbs arms around 17 inches. Swear it s made for people that don t work out or are smaller. Whoever makes these should realize people that work out get injuries and need this product. Other than being small, I liked this product. Kept shoulder warm and provided moderate support. 3Sizing chart is grossly inaccurateI'm not large man, but I ordered the largest size available. The sizing chart provided said it should fit with plenty of room to adjust. It. Did. Not. WAAAY too small. I doubt even my teenage nephew would fit into it. 1
