dust collectorsBought this for my SO thinking it would be great to giver her massages. I found that I had to hold them just right so as to not scrape her with the plastic sides. It worked ok for a very soft massage and if I held it just right, however they became more of a hindrance when applying pressure. They are now collecting dust. 1My 3 Rugby players give it 5 stars!The trainer for the rugby team has one of these and they are great. He had a different brand so I was skeptical at first. It shipped quickly and was as good or better than the trainers brand and cost a lot less. We keep one in the travel kit for rugby trips and one at home. We do not use any oil in it (nor does the trainer) and it works great. 5It works!I really like this massage ball. It glides smoothly with no catching. I have herniated disks causing pretty bad sciatic nerve pain in my hip and thigh. This works great to relieve that pain. 5Better versions for less money elsewhereThe balls are to loose in the compartment. Like other reviews, they pinch and catch if not super careful. Returning for different brand. 1the roller worked wonderfully, spreading the oil around not evenly but effectivelyDepending on what product you apply into the hole in the bottom of the ball - it may or may not work well. I was hoping that it would help to spread my essential oils further, helping me to prolong my usage. No dice. If anything, I used more. However, when I poured my fractionated coconut oil in it, the roller worked wonderfully, spreading the oil around not evenly but effectively.I'm being extremely critical in the hopes that I help someone out. The truth is that I am very happy with my purchase. I did not expect, nor receive, perfection, but I love it! 4Love them. My only complaint is that they are ...Love them. My only complaint is that they are made for someone with hands a bit smaller than mine.
