proper fit is paramountPurchased these for 2.5 yr old (26 pounds) daughter after tube surgery. I'm writing to help clarify sizing because I struggled deciding on this. I ended up buying two sizes figuring she'd be an x-small and grow into the small. Well, turned out the small was the proper fit. The xs barely went in her ear and caused her discomfort. Tried the small on and the fit was pretty spot on. Plus I read on the official website that sizing up is best which I fully understand now having seen how they fit. She wore them for hours at the beach and she never tried to remove them. They did have some sand inside when we removed them. And we eventually lost one when playing at the beach on our week long vacation. So have a spare set or use a band. I've already purchased my next pair to use on our next outing. 4They are greatMy daughter does NOT fuss about wearing these. They fit great and no water in ears. 5NEW LIFETIME BUYER!!My daughter recently had ear surgery, and showers became MISERABLE for her. It was a fight to get her in the shower bc the water hurt her ears. We received these today actually, and just got out of the shower! NO screaming, NO tears, NO hurt, and best of all they're Pink! Definitely one of the best purchases!!! 5NON RETURNABLEI knew that my daughter was either a small or extra small but i thought she was more a small. I know it said it was returnable and the size small was WAY to big for my 2.5 year old who is a big girl. Keeps the water out! 5sizeI got the small ones for my 6 year old and they would slightly slip out of her ears. She complaint that they hurt her ears. I decided to go to her ENT doctor and they gave her a pair (small). The quality looks good, may be I didn't size it correctly and needed to go with a bigger size. 3Ear Plug'sI ordered size small in pink and received size large in blue. I tried to return the item in exchange for the correct size, color doesnt even matter, and I cannot return this product. Very unhappy with this transaction. These ear plugs will not fit my 1 year old for a very long time and she may not even need them by the time they do. 1Good for bathtub, bad for swimmingI purchased these because my daughter has recurrent ear infections that are more frequent when she swims. They worked well in areas where she has limited movement (like the bathtub) but fell out the very first time she used them for swimming. We hoped to hold the earplugs in place with a specialized headband for swimming. No such luck. Not impressed. 2They are comfortable for her to use in the shower/bathThese fit my 5 year old. They may be a little on the big size for her; however, they do fit. I believe she'll be able to use these for awhile. They are comfortable for her to use in the shower/bath. We have not used them for swimming yet.... time will tell. 5
