Costrocondritis and Tietze Syndrome ReliefI have Tietze Syndrome which is where the cartilage between your breast bone and ribs swell with a lot of pain. Sometimes it gets so bad I would have my daughter lay on my back to compress the ribs enough to give my back muscles a break, they couldn't stretch any further. Niw that's she's taller than me this isn't always comfortable so I purchased this. It helps! Will also help costrocondritis. It also helps with your posture. If you have larger breasts it will distort shape some. Would be nice if they would do an undercut on the straps for breasts. When you are pain, this helps. That's what matters most. 5tends to slip downno way to hold this up where it belongs...needs more padding as well... 3Highly recommendedI have rib cartilage injury due to the fall in bathtub early last year. I never thought the pain could never stop and has never gone since then. So I decided to try a rib belt to help reduce the pain. After thoroughly searched on a few websites and brands, I decided to buy this belt - it turns out a very good purchase. It s made in Israel with very fine sturdy material and in good sewing quality. Note the elastic section is at the middle of back part, which also prevents the rib belt to flip up on sides and front. Anyway, it helps a lot with stopping my pain. The only thing buyers should pay more attention is the sizes, as they are pretty confusing at Amazon website and conflicting to the real sizes printed on the manufacture original box labels. Per my experience, the size S here is actually with a label of S 31.5 -35.5 (which is a right size for me, 5 3 110Lbs) and M here is actually M 35.5 -39.5 on the label when I received. The seller is very nice, has fast service and is helpful with my exchange. Thanks seller! I fractured a rib and found local pharmacies had rib belts designed for men, which were too wide. This is contoured for a woman's body, providing support where it is needed but doesn't bind in other places, as it's about six inches in the back and three inches in front. My measurement was right on the edge of medium or large. I chose one size larger and I'm glad I did because it fits well. 5Didn't help s upport my ribsI didn't have very good luck with the seller and the product was too large. Trying to exchange it was time consuming and not worth my effort. I don't recommend this product. All others were returned.Even tried support shirts. All were a waste of money until found this brace. This amazing product really helped the healing of my fractured and bruised ribs, and supported my frame at the same time.
