Don't waste your money.I don't know where all these amazing reviews are coming from!! Because this is not magic and this did nothing. I am a huge lover of Himalayan Pink Salt, and I have bad allergies and sinus issues year round so thought I would give this a go. The products are good quality - but the breather does NOTHING, and the neti pot is just a fancy neti pot. I actually only got for the breather as I don't have sterile water for the neti pot so never been able to use one. I was disappointed after I got them and realized I couldn't return them. So now I'm stuck with two items I won't use. Don't expect miracles and don't buy into these reviews. 1Absolutely AMAZING! Helps my Coughing, BP, and Skin!OMG! Where have you been all my life!? Lifetime asthma, bronchitis, and now supposedly COPD sufferer TOTALLY helped with this simple inhaler! BOOM! Just like that! It's extraordinary how 10-15 inhalations 3x day can totally change my quality of life = BREATHING without coughing! My lung issues are a direct result of the GERD and FUMES from my stomach due to a non-functioning top sphincter not closing (what the hell do you do about that?!). Using Digest has helped my digestion immensely, but simply swallowing a tablespoon of water will cause me to start coughing violently! Breathe THIS product and instant cessation of coughing! I now have more energy, sleep better, and my oxygen count has gone back up to 98%, WITHOUT any dangerous side effects of the Pharma COPD inhalers. NO! The salt has not increased my blood pressure, but in fact has lowered it!But wait -- the best part is yet to come: after 2 days of using this, the hard skin patches from my Icthyosis are dissolving! Literally! It's a MIRACLE! Each day I use this salt inhaler, my skin is becoming smoother and free of those damn brown scaly patches! I have suffered for years with terrible sinus issues caused by my many allergies and underdeveloped maxillary sinuses. It is not seasonal for me, it is all year long. Sometimes the pain is so bad it makes me throw up. I have tried just about everything else (even sinus surgery and allergy shots) and rarely got any relief. I tried a salt room therapy session in Chicago and it helped a lot, but there aren't any near where I live to go to regularly, so I bought this. It has helped me so much, I am buying more for gifts. After having mine for only 2 days I was so impressed that I ordered one as a gift for a friend. When she opened it and it didn't come with any salt like it should, I was really disappointed because I was excited for her to try it. The seller responded very quickly and said they are sending some salt. I understand that mistakes happen and I appreciate the good customer service, so I ordered 2 more...one to keep at work and another for a gift. I usually wake up very congested & having to clear my thoat constantly. I used the inhaler once in the morning and in the afternoon and I am probably 90% cured of my morning mucus issues. Useless.I hardly ever write reviews, but I had to write this one. I bought this for my mom. She has COPD. She tried it and could barely inhale any air at all through this device. I figured maybe some of the holes were blocked. 2 were blocked and it came that way. But there are 40 holes in it, so having 2 blocked didn't seem too bad.I am young and healthy. I tried it. I could breathe in through it, but not very easily. There is no way anyone with breathing illness of any kind could manage to get any meaningful volume of air through this device.So then I decided "Well, it obviously isn't going to work so I should return it". That's when I discovered that this item is not eligible for returns either. So this is truly a "Buyer Beware" product. It will show up. You will have to be able to suck start a Harley Davidson to be able to get any air through it, and whatever shows up at your door you're stuck with.I realize it's not a lot of money but geez - this is a design defect for sure. 1
