Use it every night and it helps!I started taking this when I was having issues with restless legs after surgery. I read that chamomile tea could help with restless legs, but did not like the tea. I found these and tried them. I have not had issues with restless legs and also feel that they help calm me and help my sleep. I would not want to be without these! 5Five StarsVery high quality product. These pills are surprisingly effective as an anxiolytic and sleep aid. 5Use all the timeI use this for everything, gas, stomach ache, headache, relaxing, and I give it to my cocker spaniel and it works for her also. If you need to get your digestion in check, try using this chamomile you will not regret it. Intentions to repurchase usually remained UNARCHIVEDThey ask what I dislike ... I dislike that I have 100 archived orders and unlike this excellent bottle of chamomile, I am not allowed any control of them. I keep unarchived that which will be constantly reordered ... I archived things like a car jack, pliers, a cat carry cage .... how many times do you think I'd need TWO of any of the aforementioned Amazon ??? Now I'm at 100 and the only control I have is to just accept now that every item I order ... no matter how ONE TIME PURCHASE it will be ... will now be added to all my excellent repeat buys like this wonderful camomile purchase ... until I'll need to search endlessly page after page to find my needed reorder item amidst hundreds of ONCE ONLY purchases ... And we all moan at stupid political choices we see made daily ... but THIS crazy archive setup we all ACCEPT ???? 5Helps me sleep w/o being wiped out the next morning.One cap before bed-time and I'll sleep the night through. Melatonin, Valerian Root, antihistamines for allergies taken before bed let me sleep for sure, but I'm groggy all day practically. No amount of caffeine will bring me out of it. Then along came Chamomile in cap form! This stuff works great for me and I love the auto refill from Amazon! 5 I love this stuff! <3Helps me stay calm &; helps dramatically withMe being nauseous! 5Can help you with menstrual crampsI bought this to help me deal with a bout of gastritis that is preventing me from taking NSAIDs. I read some literature on the potential anti-inflammatory affects of chamomile, and thought I would give it a shot. I have to say that I do feel like it helps. It doesn't exactly knock out pain, but helps to take it down to "reasonable levels," meaning I still don't feel 90%, but I can make it to work feeling 50 - 60% better. Now, full disclosure, I take this product in combination with vitamins, lots and lots of water throughout the day, and at times I also take Cyclease PMS. I also remove salt from my diet a few days before my cycle hits. Overall, I think this combination is helping me avoid NSAIDs while my stomach heals. I wouldn't mind continuing this regimen if it continues to work.I am a bit worried about Chamomile losing it's effectiveness over time, but I don't know if that's a valid concern. Also, it DOES make me tired, or rather - relaxed. I have noticed that I sleep better with it. 4I have very bad anxiety and it works well when taken right amountI have to take around 7 pills at once to make it work. It also gets rid of IBS symptoms wich get worse when I am nervous. The amount they recommend to take is most likely for very mild nervousness and it will not work for serious anxieties. I won't recommend to take half of the bottle obviously but you can experiment with amount of pills you need , chamomile is pretty safe herb and that is why I like it. 5Inconsistent resultsThis works nicely sometimes, but overall I find the results inconsistent and will either order the standardized product or look for a different brand. 3
