Amazing product!I work in a labor and delivery unit and one of my fellow nurses suggest that I start drinking red raspberry leaf tea starting at 37 weeks. I am a tea lover so after lots of research and reviews I ordered this tea and started drinking it at 37 weeks. I drank faithfully every day 2x a day. The taste is good, kinda plain but tolerable. This tea is not meant to make you go into labor!!! It makes your contractions strong and effective when your body starts labor on its own. At 39 weeks and 5 days I knew I was in labor but not really contracting yet. Around 1:45 am the contractions came on and were strong (about 10 minutes apart) and so I decided to go to the hospital and delivered within 20 minutes of being there!!! I truly believe that this tea helped my labor be so quick! Definently worth the $11.515 good cups of tea...and 15 weak cups of teaI made my first cup like I do my regular red raspberry leaf tea--add a spoon of sugar and a touch of cream...it was WAY too sweet. So, the second cup (off the same bag as directed), I just didn't add any sweetener or cream. And it was way too weak, it tasted like hot water with a HINT of tea. Aside from that initial learning curve, the first cup off of a bag is good, just don't add extra sweetener, it is not needed. But I really don't feel I am getting full strength in the second cup (per bag), the difference from one cup to the next is extremely noticeable. And for the price...I expect 30 cups at equal strength, not 15 pretty good cups and 15 "meh" cups.3I believe it REALLY worked for me AND it tastes amazingI feel like I can FINALLY post a review of this product... I have been drinking this tea since the end of my second trimester, unsure of what it would actually do... Hey, at least it tasted really good, if nothing else. Keep in mind, this is my first and only experience with Labor/Delivery and Recovery, so I have nothing to compare this experience to other than "what is supposed to happen" during delivery.Fast forward to the day I went in to labor: my water was slow leaking but I didn't start active labor on my own with in 2 hours of getting to the hospital, so they began the induction process. I was told (at 12:00am) to prepare for a long process and not to expect to be giving birth until the following evening.Let me tell you, when my contractions started they got consistent and intense quickly. I started pitocin shortly after 5:00am when I also got an epidural (thank goodness!) And was told again that I would likely still be laboring late into the afternoon/evening. I was 3cm at 7:45 am and by 9:00 am the doctor was shocked to find out I was 10cm and ready to push (he only checked because they thought the baby was in distress based on the strength of my contractions- they were going to slow down the pitocin!) So, here comes the fun part!I started pushing right around 9:05 am and my little guy barely waited for the doctor (or my mom) to make it into the room before he decided to fly out of me (arm up by his head like Superman) at 9:29 am.Recovery has been so, so smooth despite having 4th degree tearing (maybe the tea worked a little TOO well for me..) I 100% will be recommending this tea to all my expecting friends as a must try.5I started drinking this tea at 38 weeks and four ...I started drinking this tea at 38 weeks and four days and delivered at 39 weeks and 0 days. The doctor had been telling me the few weeks prior that I was going to go over my due date, so week 38 I started really doing my homework (exercise, bouncing on a birthing ball, sex, and this tea). I m not sure which aspect really helped me go into labor early, but all of these combined definitely worked for me5I don't know what it's doing in there.. but it's doing something!So I just bought this after using the anti nausea pink stork tea... and first off, this stuff tastes amazing... Its much better in flavor to me than the anti nausea one (not that peach is bad.. it's just not as strong as the red raspberry is in this one!) I'm due in a few weeks and I work a desk job.. I don't get the exercise and movement I should be and the FIRST day I drank this.. I woke up with my muscles feeling odd and slightly uncomfortable in my belly.. so i'm gonna keep drinking it because it's not a bad odd.. it's a, something lazy is being made to work kind of odd, if that makes sense. I drank a large mug last night and felt the effects earlier today around noon.. it's now evening and I feel really good now! So again, I'm not sure what it's doing, but I feel like it's making my uterus work and doing just what it says, strengthening my lazy innards. :) Love it, can't wait to try the rest of the pink stork series for post partum and weight loss! And by the way... I also take pink stork prenatal probiotics and I usually gain upwards of 70 llbs EVERY time I get pregnant (and thats four pregnancies already) and then have to fad diet and waist train/corset my way back to normal weight uncomfortably. This time I am 8 months next week and i've only gained 27 llbs total so far since I started at 145 and i'm up to 171ish. So I kept my sexy this time :)! And as a woman it feels GREAT to be 'beautiful glowy pregnant' instead of 'self consciously overweight and pregnant' I would definitely recommend Pink stork products!5Great taste...it may have contributed with short labor.I bought this tea to help with labor I drink this tea starting at 37 weeks of pregnancy along with dates evening Primrose oil and a birthing ball which I use regularly since 37 weeks I also walked for 30 minutes every day after 38 weeks. everyone is different but for those of you who are looking to see if this will induce labor I will say this does not induce labor. For the first time after five Births my son was six days past due. As for aiding in a shorter labor my labor started at 2 o clock in the morning and I gave birth at 7 o clock in the morning our son came after 4 strong pushes no tearing he was 10 pounds and it was an unmedicated birth. I also used a TENS unit which really helped with contractions.Taste best when iced!4Helped me have a much smoother delivery and recovery!I have no idea what was just chance and what this product actually helped with. But, when I had my first child I had to be induced and then ended up pushing for 2 1/2 hours, which caused a very difficult recovery for me. For my second child I was determined to make things different. I started drinking this at about 30 weeks, and by the end of my pregnancy I was drinking 2 cups a day. I noticed I had plenty more Braxton hicks for the last month and I actually dilated on my own this time. When I went into labor at 40 weeks 4 days, I was in early labor for only a hour before I was ready to go to the hospital- and then I was already at a 5! A few hours later I only pushed for 20 minutes before having a healthy delivery. This tea is not going to help induce your labor, it's here to help strengthen your uterus and prepare your body for when baby is ready.I'm not a huge tea drinker so it wasn't my favorite taste (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) but I found it easiest to steep it in bulk in boiling juice, and then drink it iced! I was able to prep one or two weeks at once this way and easily drink it each day without having to boil it each time. And the juice masked the flavor for me!4Loved the taste and smell of this teaLoved the taste and smell of this tea, no sweeteners required! As a military spouse myself, was so excited to see that this product was founded by a military spouse and in biodegradable packets. My second labor was 10 hours shorter than my first and my recovery time way way easier. So if the tea is to thank, drink up!!!5Tasty & So Beneficial - Natural Labor PrepLove this tea so much! There are 30 bags in a cute little cylinder and it gets you 2 cups per teabag. I am not a tea person and this tea is delicious - if not the tastiest I ve ever tried! I ve had three other friends order it and say they love it too. I get a lot of that smells good, what s that? at work and it s pretty hilarious when I get to tell non-pregnant people it s labor prep tea! I wish I would have started drinking it earlier in the second trimester but am so happy to have found it just before starting my third. It s packed full of benefits as I get ready for a natural birth experience. Pink stork teas are Amazing! I have tried a lot! I started with the Fertility tea which worked great for me! (Currently 40 weeks pregnant) moved on to the Morning sickness yea which saved my life! I'm currently using the Labor prep tea because I'm getting ready to have my baby! I have already purchased Liquid Gold, Recovery and Up Lift to have on hand after my baby arrives. I could not be more pleased with Pink Stork Teas!5
