Waste of money. 1Falling apart in 48 hoursIn 48 hours of use, falling apart, cracking and tearing. 1Must have help putting this on and taking it off after total hip replacementI bought this so that I could ensure I follow hip precautions after my total hip replacement. Unfortunately, I could not put it on nor take it off by myself because, post surgery, I was not supposed to bend more than 90 degrees nor twist. It's not possible to fasten the Velcro without breaking those hip precautions. So while it may have been effective once on, it was useless to me because I couldn't put it on nor take it off by myself. 2Five StarsI felt much safer using this to keep a proper position after surgery. 5AbductorThis product served its purpose. It is, however, not easy to apply alone initially. But after 2-3 attempts I was able to do on my own. Don't expect to be able to get ut of it or into it quickly as it has Velcro straps. And it does not look exactly like picture, but it bears a lose resemblance. Order the longer one though. I wish I had even though I'm short. 3First one received had to be returned. Second one ...First one received had to be returned. Second one has worked out well so far but in order for it to really help my son we have had to improvise and wrap the straps all the way around the outside for it to work for us. 4Simple and VERY Effective ! !* Sturdy Foam.* Solid Construction Velcro Straps.* Very Effective and easy to use. 5Never Buy ThisThis is the most expensive cheap piece of foam I have ever owned. The curvatures are awkward and don t allow for comfortable sleeping. Save the money, buy supportive pillows and some velcro, you ll be happier. 1
