Effective, space hog, price slightly above medianDifferent packaging, same results, they work, ie effective, takes up a bit more space than having a bottle with the capsules, not sure why packaged in foil sheets. I wonder at times, how we know as consumers how many million, or billion are actually in them? 3Worst. Pain. Ever.So I started taking these probiotics with high hopes because my Doctor recommended them for someone on a budget like I am. And at first everything seemed fine... it felt like it was flushing out my system well (even though that meant a lot of long visits to the bathroom every day). I was pretty bloated too, but not much more than i was used to before taking them and i had read that was pretty common when starting a probiotic until your body got used to it. Well, after about 2 weeks in it got worse. Much worse. I was in AGONY. I was constipated and my stomach blew up like a balloon. I looked like i was several months pregnant!!! And there was so much pressure and pain, I LITERALLY thought my stomach was going to explode. But, after the first night it happened, I thought maybe it was a fluke... or maybe it wasn't the probiotic. So i took it again the next morning. Then that night, same thing all over again except even more painful. Needless to say, I did not take it again and the remainder of my box went directly into my trashcan. I will not EVER be buying this brand of probiotic again. And hopefully I can find one that actually works for me. 1This works great! I used to have IBSThis works great! I used to have IBS, but now I'm pretty regular and don't have nearly as many issues with gas as I used to have. 5Renew Life Ultimate Flora Extra Probiotic = Better Quality of LifeThis product is excellent.
