I will probably buy another pair eventually because I do like them. I wear a 10Doing foot stretches for my plantar fasciitis and wearing these has offered a lot of relief. Neither work without the other, but both together have not solved my problem 100%. I only have one pair and move them between shoes which is no problem at all. I wear a 10.5 mens shoe, and they work well in my New Balance and dress shoes (about all I wear). 5An Excellent Aid for Heel PainThis is a great product. I have Silipos heel cushions in a smaller size, but found I needed a larger size for some of my shoes. I would recommend this product to anyone who has chronic heel pain problems. 5Very Comfortable!!The heel cups definitely helped with the heel pain. My doctor recommended these and I was pleasantly surprised of the results. I transfer these from one shoe to another. In addition to these inserts, I had physical therapy and started with stretches and exercises multiple times during the day. The planter fasciitis is gone but know I m working on the heel bursitis which is better but not gone. I will continue to use the heel pads even when pain free. 4which is a growth plate issue and is very painful. He is an active kid who plays multiple ...My son has Sever's disease, which is a growth plate issue and is very painful. Bought the first pair through a medical supply house at a much higher price initially. They worked wonderfully until they started to deteriorate after a year of constant use. Found them on Amazon at a much lower price. For what they are prescribed for me, they are outstanding. Just because a doctor prescribed them for me, doesn't mean they'll work on other's spur problem. I work at a hospital 12 hours a day on my feet & these heel cushions work well for me. 5Great product!These are exactly what I needed. My foot is so much better. Would recommend them to anyone that has sore feet or plantar fasciitis.
