That definitely seems to be true as I swear my ovulation cramps were much stronger this month! I believe the choline also helps your body absorb the inositol. I only take 2 pills / day. 5Choline bitartrate not CDP CholineI was searching specifically for CDP Choline and Amazon search suggested me this product. I haven't noticed that this is Choline Bitartrate (cheap and less biologically available form of choline) not CDP Choline. Not sure if it was fault of Amazon or seller but anyway the name and description should clearly state that it is Choline Bitartrate. 1Clean and important supplement fat metabolismThis is the first time I buy this product after reading about its benefits especially on fat metabolism and preventing fatty liver. Pills are easy to swallow and there is no downside. I am taking this supplement as a preventive action and not as a response to any issue. 4Great for the nerves!I have used this product on and off for years.really helps my memory and calms my nerves.love it.I will buy again. 5Helped me conceiveTook these for my PCOS to help ovulate. Helped me conceive my first child. 5Improves mental clarityThese help me think clearer during the day however I don't feel that this improved memory. Not sure if they actually work or it's a placebo effect, but either way I feel better. I take 1 pill 2x per day with or without food. 4Too Many Positives to Begin to List! Great Product!I had been losing my hair. I realized later a lot of it had to do with low potassium levels--but I knew, also, before discovering that cause that hair is created from protein. So I took in all the pill form amino acids I could find and from past experience, I trust Solgar for their supplements. This is one of the pill forms of supplements I choose. Along with other supplements (including L-Methionine) that I took for a few months, I found my papery fingernails became hardened. I was able to have pretty fingernails for the first time in my life--which wasn't hat I was after but was a wonderful side benefit. My hair, also, quite falling out. Once I added the potassium, it began to grow back in. My skin, also, became more vibrant and supple as a result of taking this vegetable tablet. I stopped taking it for a week and the skin around my fingernails began to peel (painful) and my nails got soft and paper thin again which had been a part of my life for years--so I went back to taking this. Lack of potassium will, also, cause restless leg syndrome. But this product did away with that, even though i hadn't figured out the low potassium levels, yet. Once I added potassium, I got even better. A side benefit is the calmness I have been feeling. I read that this product aids in relaxing the body and the mind. That appears to be the case. I use Stress Tabs B vitamins from Solgar, too. If you are a worry wart who rethinks everything a 100 times then both of these products are for you! Combined, they give you freedom from your own debilitating thoughts! My memory has improved (another side benefit to my original purpose) but I don't perseverate on all my faults or others weaknesses anymore. What a God send! I am pleased with the product! 5Squared CapsulesI received this and it is what it says it is. Just not sure if they are supposed to look this way. It has been hot outside and maybe that s the reason. I have another Solgar vitamin ordered on the same order that I am waiting on that has been in transit 5 days longer and sat in Vegas for a couple of days due to the holiday and tracking says could be another 6 days for delivery. Wasn t available for Prime will be interesting to see if the caps are the same. I am posting pics above of capsules square ended. Should not effect anything I would not think. She had not had a period in 6 months however got pregnant before finishing this bottle. 5Great for liver support, anxietyInvestigated choline as supplemental treatment for NASH liver disease (more advanced fatty liver). Found multiple research articles implying that choline insufficiency due to our processed diets low in organ meats, eggs (yes, fat IS good for you) could lead to fatty liver. While I've also taken liver support (milk thistle, etc.), my ALT liver enzyme went from slightly elevated to completely normal in a few months, in addition to ALL of my other markers already in a safe range further improving. Also, very calming and reduces anxiety significantly. Great product. 5
