What's not to love?! I don't eat as much fish in my diet as I'd like, so I try to supplement with these 1200 mg caplets. Fish are an awesome source of essential fats, especially EPA and DHA. Unless you love daily deep-sea diving, a fish oil supplement is one of the best ways to get the multiple muscle-building and health benefits of essential fishy fats. have been taking fish oil for a few years not and I have to say this is one of the best. They don't give me the burps after taking them, either. It's just a chore to drink them down every morning, and the dosage is for 2 pills. I'd absolutely buy and use these again in a pinch, but because of the size of them, I'll be looking for a different brand next time. Maybe there's a chewable out there somewhere?
