Great for runners!Love these insoles. Well worth the money. I have high arches and a narrow heel and these did the trick. I use them for running and they offer some cushioning but still have great support. 5Finally - No more aching heels!!!Over the past year, I have developed foot pain due to plantar fasciitis and arthritis. My podiatrist recommended I try some carbon-fiber insoles, but did not give me a specific brand recommendation. After much deliberation about the dozens of brands/types on Amazon, I finally decided on these - I am so thankful I did! From the moment I put them in my running shoes, the pain was alleviated. I recommended them to my sister, and she had the same result. They seem pricey, but they work so well that I ordered another pair so that I have a couple pair to rotate between various shoes. So glad I tried these!!! 5Did not work for me.I tried this product for about 2 hours in new tennis shoes in my home. My feet were sore from this insert. I changed out the insert and no more pain. I found the insert to ridged for me. The product may work for others. I am returning the product. I will continue to purchase Superfeet products just not this one. Do not be afraid to try it as it may work for you. 1Long lasting for 1-2 shoes or ~500 milesLove these insoles and easy to trim to fit the shoe if needed. I cycle through about two shoes per insole. They don t add too much cushion in the forefoot and take little room. They fit my narrower shoes well. The all around quality is consistent. I have used them for 3 season of running and recommend them for anyone that needs that extra support and comfort without all the excess material. 5Love them!These little inserts saved me 6 months in 2 boots and no exercise! Thanks to my chiropractor telling me to ignore my podiatrist and try these, they saved me so much! I have a pair in every one of my closed shoes now. If I don't use them in my workout shoes, my knees and ankles about kill me. Love them! Way better than the $200-300 inserts. 5Foot doctor recommendedMy podiatrist recommended this item for foot pain. It seems to improve my balance and gait 5Great for plantar fasciitisI ve purchased these before so I knew what I was getting. They are the best insoles for me. I always worse cushy, comfortable insoles until I developed plantar fasciitis and needed more support. These were the most comfortable ones I found that still offer the support I need. I really like them and my feet are much happier now. 5Super comfortable, very squeakyI cannot even tell I have insoles in my shoes when I run! I used to hate superfeet because the plastic plate cut into my forefoot but you can t even feel the plate on these. I gave 4 stars because they squeak like crazy and they re not quite wide enough for Altras. I added cloth tape on the bottom to stop and squeaking and so far, I haven t had any issues with the Altras. I do wish they would offer a wide option. 4Great Insoles :-)I ve always use the berry in this brand for my every day shoes. These running specific insoles have been excellent in my runners I wear to work (RN with 12 hr shifts on feet.). It does help with less fatigue. I do recommend trying. 5Lleft my feet tired and achyI tried these for 5 days walking and on an eliptical. I have other high end insoles (Aetrex) and those work fine. These are just very hard. It made my big toe and my arches hurt which my other insoles do not do. The big issue is not being able to return these to Amazon.So for those who want to know... the D size comes in size 8.5 to 10. To get that fit into a shoe so you can try it out you may have to trim it. Well now you can't return it. Bummer. I should have bought at a high end show store because they let you return even if the insole has been trimmed to fit your shoe. 2
