Get adjusted correctly works bestNice product but no instructions with it. If not adjusted properly it rides up from the waist and gerts uncomfortable to wear. 4Pretty good support.The posture support this vest provides is good. I am 5'4" and have a 34 bust and a 30 waist. The large is a little big on me. I have to figure out how to get the straps a little tighter so that my shoulders do not roll forward. One small issue: there is nothing to keep the support rods inside the slots, so they can poke out of the top of the vest. Two small fabric stops would've worked well for this.
