organic dark roastI was so happy I found this particular brand and flavor on Amazon. I had been purchasing this from a brick and mortar store until they no longer carried for some reason. So when I discovered that Amazon carries it I can now buy this favorite of mine on line! I love that it tastes like coffee, but doesn't have the caffeine. I am caffeine intolerant, but I love the flavor of coffee. It even smells like coffee! I've tried the other flavors of this brand, but the dark roast is my favorite as it has more the flavor of coffee.5Pretty goodSmells like coffee, has a strong flavor and you can taste dandelion, but it's not to bad for sun tea, mixed it with Linden tea bags and it makes a strong satisfying drink. I can get used to this to stay away from caffeine teas.4Great feature for your morning routineRecently started a elimination diet -- meaning eliminate caffiene for a period of time to see what effects it has on your body. I substituted Teeccino for a morning drink and never missed coffee for a minute!! The taste is rich and complex -- with the added benefit of knowing all the herbs are good for your body! Now, back on my regular diet, I have cut caffeine intake to less than half of what I used to drink by just adding about 6 ounces to the Teecino. Teecino is wonderful with or without coffeee mixed in!5This tea is for everyoneThis tea is healthy and tastes amazing! Whether you are a tea lover, like I am, or a coffee lover, this tea is for you. The taste is bold and is so delicious with a little cream or almond milk. The best part is it has healthy ingredients and no caffeine!5I love this teaI love this tea! I originally bought this because I was looking for a coffee substitute. I first tried the non-gluten free Teeccino drinks, which were very good, but since gluten is a problem, I switched to these tea bags, reluctantly at first - because tea bags were not my idea of coffee. But I'm glad I made the leap. These tea bags are very plump and make a strong brew that matches ground Teeccino drinks in strength. And never mind that it doesn't taste like coffee - it has it's own nice, dark body and flavor that I'd be drinking even if I were still on coffee.5Much healthier daily beverage than many othersDandelion Dark Roast is the best of the Teeccino line in my opinion; add some Almond/Coconut creamer (corn syrup free) and a couple of drops of Stevia, and you have a GREAT CAFFEINE FREE beverage that is like a latte, and makes a person less likely to develop diabetes (as caffeine can be hard on the gut). Caffeine is a deceptive poison, so this is a great daily beverage that I have really enjoyed! Sometimes I add other things to it, as well (Raspberry, Chocolate, or Carob).5A Good Coffee Substitute for those Avoiding Caffeine and Gluten. Use Tongs to Remove the Bag After Brewing.For health reasons, I need to avoid stimulants including caffeine, and also avoid gluten. The Teeccino Dandelion Dark Roast is caffeine free and gluten free. The taste of dark roast dandelion and chicory made it a good substitute for coffee. This tea has a bit more "body", and when I add a coffee creamer, it has more of a coffee-like "mouth feel" than most teas. I also like to add a few drops of liquid turmeric to give it a "sharpness" or "edge" like coffee has. Plus the turmeric helps with inflammation. I finish it with a few drops of vanilla flavored liquid stevia and I'm good to go! The only criticism I have is that the string breaks off easily after the bag becomes saturated with water. My fix is to pour hot water into the cup first. Then to start the brewing, I dip most of the bag into the water a few times, while leaving the top and string out of the water. After that I put the whole tea bag into the cup for the rest of the brew time. When I take the bag out I use tongs instead of pulling the string. Sounds more time consuming and bothersome than it actually is ... and the process makes a great cup of "coffee".5Good coffee substituteWe really enjoy this productive Teeccino Organic Dandelion Dark Roast Chicory. We have pretty much given up coffee in the mornings and this has been a great drink for 1st thing. The only down side is that I like to carry a thermos with me and after sitting a couple of hours I find this a bit on the bitter side, that is why I gave it 4 stars. We will continue to use and will buy again.4Like CoffeeOverall, this is an excellent product! I drink one each morning in place of coffee. I love the flavor, I add 1 T butter, and 1 T MCT oil, and blend it for 10 seconds. That emusifles the butter and oil. I also sometimes add coconut powder or milk (organic canned). This is part of my KETO diet. I like the fact that this is alkaline to the body. Coffee is acid forming, and so I have cut it out of my diet. This dark roast is more like coffee than the other flavors, but they are also very good!5Big flavor in a small bag and it's cheaper than a KeurigI'm a long time coffee drinker and I stopped drinking regular caffeine July 2015. I've only been drinking decaf teas and coffees since then. Desired cafe coffee ever since but not at all now I've had this t. The flavor is robust and deep and Rich and it makes me want for nothing. Only quote on quote con is that often times I rip the tea bag as an opening up the pouch. Other than that it's awesome5
