So... itchy!! EDIT: Fell apart with second wash.UPDATE 1/14/17: This thing fell apart the second time I washed it. One of the primary threads unraveled and, unlike other binders, it only had one of those. Not worth the price.Much in the fashion of the rest of the reviews, I'd like to point out that this is definitely a compression shirt not a binder. That wouldn't be much of a problem except that it itches like no tomorrow. The way the arm holes are assembled leaves incredibly scratchy thread and fabric wrapped around the primary moving area in the shoulder/armpit.It's also a compression shirt that demands major readjustments -- too much arm movement will displace everything and you won't look like you're wearing much more than a sports bra. The flatness in the picture is achievable the moment you put it on and for the amount of time you can keep your arms at your sides after that, without bending over. Due to the nature of the fabric, any kind of movement allows breast tissue to wiggle around beneath the sleek-yet-scratchy material, eventually leaving them as buoyant as they are naturally. Wearing a sports bra beneath it can lessen this effect a little by holding things in place better, but the two different fabrics slide against each other much more easily, so it leads to more adjustment overall.Great for laundry day. Good for those days where you don't want to bind and are only having understanding friends around. Okay for dealing with dysphoria -- better than nothing and a good alternate to a sports bra for those of us who hate the 'bra' word. While I'm okay using it as a mild back-up, I would not recommend this product to others. 1Better than Underworks! (for me)I prefer this over an Underworks binder of the same size (medium) for a few reasons:1) For my body, it binds very well, actually better than Underworks 997.2) It does not drag down my nipples as my chest moves during the day like the 997 does. The second time I wore my 997, I had such bad pain that I couldn't bind for weeks. No pain with this one.3) I can breathe in it for long hours and while exercising (I often wore this binder in dance class). In the 997 I couldn't move without being out of breath.4) It has never been difficult to get this binder on. Pulled it in like a t-shirt, adjusted my chest, done. The 997 took me an hour to get it on right.In my opinion, this binder is better than the Underworlds 997 for me and I always suggest it to fellow guys in need of a binder. 5this is a wonderful product. Other companies products like these were not as well made and the sizes were not true to description. Highly recommend - and the people are very nice to work with. 5Overall I'm not to happy this timeI have bought the tranz binder before with the front double compression and it worked very well for me it was very durable and allowed me to move freely and breath. But most of all it lasted. I recently ordered two more double compression binders and on the second binder, the right side under arm stitching has came undone. I only wore it once...so it has a hole in it. I can't wear it because I know the rest of the stitching will come out from that side. Overall I'm not to happy this time. 2This chubby guy loves itI've had this binder for four years and still love it. I believe this is perfect binder for chubby guys or a light binder for smaller guys. It gives you a natural looking chest that gives me a descrete bind. If your a bigger guy with a medium chest give this binder a shot. 5The first time we purchased Leo loved it. This purchase was not goodIt immediately tore from the arm hole downwards NOT on any seam. The first time we purchased Leo loved it. This purchase was not good. Not fixable either! 1Stretch out the shoulder straps first!Following the measurement guidelines, I ordered a medium to fit my chest. It arrived much faster than I expected, however, I was disappointed upon trying to put it on. I could not. I can either get my head through, or my arms halfway through. I even pulled a muscle trying to put this thing on. I will not be able to wear this until I stretch it out, which will likely make the binder useless. To make matters worse, I have incredibly large hips, so stepping into the binder did not work either. These sizes run small! If you have a large waist, hips, etc., ignore the measurement scale here and buy a large or XL+. 2first one was great, second not so muchedit: I soaked it in vinegar now it s comfortable and is very comfyI got one of these a couple of years ago in the tan skin tone and have really enjoyed it, the back panel is made to where I don't have back fat squished out and it's a gentle but effective bind all the way down. so I got another in the same size and it's the same cut but pretty much impossible to wear because the material feels totally different. it's particularly unbearable around the arm holes. I've washed it with softener and stretched it a bunch but I don't think I'll ever be able to wear it. It's very unfortunate because the first one I got is finally breaking down a bit and I'll miss having a binder like it. 3Good for larger chestPurchased a second one since it worked so well for my ftm child. He is a larger sized kid with a larger sized chest and this had enough strenght to do reasonably well. While he is by no means flat being of DD stature it was a significant reduction that makes him more comfortable. We had tried a different binder before of similar shape (tank top style) that was not double binding that did nothing to help so we were pleased at the effects of this one. I do recommend it. 5Great for big guysThis is my first binder so I don't really have anything to compare it to but as a 5'7" 250 lb person with a 38C chest I'm too big for a lot of binders. The XL doesn't press completely flat but it makes the chest look more masculine and keeps the boobs from moving independently. Since it's a surgical compression vest, it's probably comfier and safer than other vests. 5
