Although still very tight, the have ripped just like a pair of used pantyhose over time. I originally purchased 1 white and 1 tan pair. I alternate between the 2 pair 3 days a week while working. I've only hand washed. Now both have holes in the calves from me pulling them up amd my fingers just "poking through". Not worth the money for a few weeks of use. 1Good buyThese are great compression stockings. I love that the toes are a different fabric and not tight and uncomfortable. Mine have stretched out slightly after a week's wearing, but they launder nicely, and seem to retain their compression. The ones my doctor sold in his office were $35, so this was a nice savings. 5Compression socksI needed a larger size ( 2 x) My local store didn't have any beyond xl . These fit very well. Hard to get on, but that's what is needed.I prefer the open toe. 5Better than Jobst for me.These work better for my DVT than the Jobst Version and the price is half of Jobst. 5
