A 3 sleeve with minimal compressionWaste of money. The listing photo makes these look like they are far more substantial than they really are. Just 3-1/4 inch long! And, the gray center mesh part is too thin and loose to provide any therapeutic compression. This is basically just a 3 wrist sweat sleeve with a compression band at each end. If the whole sleeve were made out of the black compression fabric, it would work better. But still very disappointed in the very short length. Way too expensive for what you get. Returning. 2Works for my wrist painI have pretty severe arthritis pain in my left wrist, right wrist has been surgically repaired. I wear one (Michael Jackson style) everyday at work. It takes the pain away, don't know how, don't really care. I get some minor swelling during the day, but I am relatively pain free for my work. After 10 hours, trust me, you want to take it off. Pay attention to the size chart, don't go large. Here is the problem, for this to work it must be tight, getting them on and off will be a struggle if the fingers on your opposing hand are "compromised". That being said, I gladly go through the struggle every day for the pain it relieves when I am wearing it, but the best plan is to have a beautiful woman (or man) help you pull it off at the end of the day.Limit the time you wear any brace, your body gets used to anything, a brace is no different, if you wear it all the time the joint gets weaker because it gets lazy and dependent - go figure 5I have amazing resultsI work as a chef. The left wrist was sore for over a year. Orthopedic shots helped the left one. Right wrist started to grow a new knuckle in the wrist joint as well. Don't let your wrists do this. Incredible pain. and near worthlessness in your wrists. I am not a pussy. Trustme, some sort ofcompression brace. Or, just watch yourself grow calcifications that will antagonize your tendons. Buy this wrist brace. Or don't. I don't care. I am a chef that has had surgery on my left wrist, and it is good as new. Now my right is growing rather swollen amd ainfil. I recommend a flexible wrist brace. Once it is too far gone, a sports Medicine place can give you a magic shot. Trust me. 5helps my carpal tunnelThese are my 3rd type of wrist wrap for carpel tunnel and are the best of them. The first few days I thought they expended too much but after a washing they go back to the original tightness. My wrist feels better with one on everyday than wearing nothing. I wear one for about 3 days, use the other one then and wash both, air dry them (not in the dryer). The single layer makes them less obtrusive than other multi layers wraps. 4Works wonderfully, definitely for tiny wristsAfter buying 6 different sets of wrist compression bands/sleeves, this is the only product I decided to keep. They work great, stay clean, no irritation, and I can sleep in them if needed. (I alternate between day and night use.) However, knowing my luck the medium size would probably not provide enough support! xD 5So far, so good...Hard to give an informative review when haven't had time to really use and evaluate but he seems to like the feel and support. Years of being a mason & grabbing onto those brick and stones are now taking toll on the wrists. Get yours todayCJR Sacto 5These wrist straps do not maintain their structural integrity.These wrist straps are only suited for minimum support and I didn't like them because they seem to bunch inward and they are not well designed for what they should be doing. I have found several other better ones. 2Comfortable knitted compression sleeveBetween bowling and walking dogs, my wrist feels sore and strained at times. I wanted a comfortable knitted compression sleeve that didn t have any velcro or straps. This sleeve is comfortable enough to wear all day, if needed, and provides some relief from the added strains of my day to day. 5
