I am feeling strongerI work as a gardener and although I am not lifting weights or using machines I have felt an overall feeling of strength. I hope it continues. I mask the flavor of the vanilla by putting it in rice pudding and use cinnamon. I am currently awaiting knee surgery and have been told not to work out. Will purchase again.5Tampered and broken!I was super excited to try this product as it has a bunch of great data supporting it but I was insanely disappointed that when it arrived the plastic outer seal was broken and one of the packets inside was leaking the yellow powder. Id be willing to try this again but really disappointed in this outcome.1Effective product that worksMy husband started taking this for muscle building and got huge after just 2 months! There's no directions on how thos should be taken and it broadly states 1-3 packs a day which means it's not a scientifically based product.3. This is literally candied egg yolk. The ingredient is literally egg yolk, you know the part most bodybuilders and gentrified people avoid eating. You could save yourself 90 bucks by stop throwing away ur egg yolks.4. Their support does not respond to any questions in regards to the product whatsoever.5. If you keep a high and lean protein diet you'd notice a result without this. So this product requiring you to keep a lean protein diet and exercise is basically asking you to do all the work to build muscle and then claim your results as its effects while really you don't need this product at all!1No change at all!This was recommended by my doctor as a good way at add lean muscle. I ve been taking the product almost 4 days ( once a day as there are no real instructions) and have not added ( or lost) an ounce of muscle. Not sure if I want to spend more money to increase to 2-3 times a day since I haven t seen ANY change thus far. Very disappointing.1
