Perfect for me - by far the best of 5 brands i've triedI was a bit annoyed when i lost the rubber inner part of my old "mueller" brand knee strap.I tried 3 or 4 straps i didnt like until i found this oneCame across this one which is excellent - will not fall off like mueller did when i would brush by things. Much more low profile, but also feels more stable on my knee - and I have zero discomfort after 60+ mile bike rides, any length of run, squatting, etc (i'm 28 and recovering from knee tendonitis) Mueller had clearly much more discomfort 5Added Stability Right Away!Due to Runner's Knee I had to take about 6 mos off from running to improve leg strength. As I was about to get back into it a friend recommended this brace. As I put it on it instantly made my knee feel more stable. I ran pain free with it on! It felt so good when I came back from my run that I kept it on the rest of the day! This simple product really helped! 5It is also slim and easy to useThis is a very streamlined Patella brace.
